First time at hair co and I absolutely loved it you pay under 10$ more than great clips with a drink while your there. It’s an awesome experience scalp massage,shampoo, shoulder massage and a hot towel all for 28$ as long as I’m in Fargo I won’t go anywhere else thank you ladies

I recently stopped by for a haircut and the stylist I usually go to was not available. They were able to get me an appointment right away and I felt that they did a really great job. It is nice that they have the preference sheet their for customers so that anyone who picks up your appointment will know what to do with your hair.

We have been using this store for over 3 years. Our appointments were scheduled for 5:10pm and we walked in the door at 5:15 pm as we got held up at a job and rushed to make it there as quick as we could. The clerk said “we have a 5 minute rule” and refused service. There was no one getting a haircut when we came in and no one waiting. They lost two customers tonight.

Good place for a cut, hot towel, shampoo and massage. Ner had a bad experience, but like any service industry, some employees are more focused on getting you out the door and some are focused on providing a great experience. Find one that does a great job and schedule with them.
